Warranty Exclusions

To maintain transparency, the following situations are not covered under our standard warranty:

  • Damage caused by impact, accidents, severe weather events (hail, tornado), or acts of nature
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, alterations, or modifications made after installation
  • Pre-existing frame damage, rot, or structural issues not related to the glass replacement
  • Normal condensation on the exterior surface of the glass (this is a sign of energy efficiency, not a defect)
  • Cosmetic scratches or chips that occur after installation

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes, our warranty is fully transferable to the new homeowner. Simply contact us with the new owner's information and the original service date, and we'll update our records at no charge.
How do I know if my issue is covered under warranty?
If you notice fogging, condensation, or moisture between the panes of glass we replaced, it's almost certainly covered. Contact us and we'll schedule a free inspection to confirm.
What if my window frame is damaged?
Our warranty covers the replacement glass unit and our installation workmanship. Pre-existing or subsequent frame damage is not covered, but we can provide a separate quote for frame repairs.
How long does a warranty replacement take?
Most warranty replacements are completed within 5-7 business days from the date of the approved claim. The actual installation typically takes 30-60 minutes per window.
